E-learning: weapon of mass instruction

I've been working with for e-learning for 3 years now and I am currently producing a best practice guide on the state of e-learning for the field of enterprise. There don't seem to be any specific stats available for this discipline area but I have noticed that business school's websites seem to be slicker than other faculties so I reckon there is a lot of money to be made. The learning and skills council has funded Vision 2 Learn to produce two enterprise course though which is rather a useful thing. Anyway, the point is that e-learning, well implemented without stupidity is a) rare and b) beautiful. Cretins who either don't understand technology or don't care about learning should be sent back to the chalk and not let loose on it.
