Reality check

Amber makes an excellent point. Of course, I don't *hate* anyone. I am a fortunate person to live in the developed West with enough resources to fear no real suffering. I have a roof over my head and some wonderful relationships in my life. For this I am grateful.

I'm quite strongly in agreement with Voltaire who said: "I may disagree with what you have to say, but I shall defend, to the death, your right to say it." Blogging is a bit of fun that shouldn't cause offence and if it did/does in future, I regret that. However, far more dangerous and incidious are the twin fellons of censorship and the incipid. They frighten me.
